NetPartner Financial Aid Portal

Welcome to The Woods!  Your financial aid is managed through NetPartner Financial Aid Portal. This portal will allow you to view any aid offers you have received, take action on any pending aid items, review missing documents required for aid processing, and view disbursement details on your federal loans once processing has occurred.

If all steps are completed in full, your anticipated aid will reflect on your WWU billing account until the funds are received by WWU and actually credited to your bill as real aid.  Aid is automatically deducted from your institutional charges such as tuition, required fees, room and board, and any other additional charges allowable.

Once logged in, access the Menu options in the upper left drowpdown and complete all steps.

    Log In Instructions

You must have a financial aid record already established at William Woods University in order to use this system.  You will receive an email from the Office of Student Fiancial Services when the system is ready for you to view for the first time each academic year.  To access the online system, enter your WWU Student ID and Password.

If this is your first time logging in, select the "First Time User" link.  You will asked for your WWU student id number first.  The subsequent screen will allow you to confirm the city and state listed in the Financial Aid System (case sensitive), establish security questions in case you ever need to reset your password, and choose an inital password for the site.

    Passwords must meet following criteria:

    • Minimum length of 9 characters
    • Contain at least one uppercase (A-Z) and one lowercase (a-z) letter
    • Contain at least one number (0-9)
    • Contain at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

You will be locked out of your account after 5 failed attempts at entering your password and will need to contact the Student Financial Services Office to have your account reset.
